IMC Locums are seeking an experienced and dynamic Locum Community Occupational Therapist to join our team in a community setting in Wiltshire. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, helping them regain independence and improve their functional abilities within their home environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a varied caseload and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to have community rehabilitation experience or transferrable skills. Knowledge about falls would be helpful but not essential, They can provide the necessary training. They are a large community team (60 staff) so there is plenty of support. You will need to travel in the community as you will be assessing and treating people at home. The longest travel time is around 20 minutes. They can accommodate 8-4, 8.30 -16.30 or 9-5. They treat adults 18+. you will see all conditions except stroke.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
Experience working as an occupational therapist in a community or similar setting.
Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt interventions to suit individual client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support clients and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
A valid driver's license
