?? What you'll be doing:? Rapid assessments and speedy discharges - helping patients move forward, not backward!? Using your specialist OT & PT skills to prevent hospital admissions and reduce readmissions.? Working hand-in-hand with community services and a brilliant multidisciplinary team.? Bringing your A-game to an integrated OT/PT service, where collaboration and adaptability are key.? Flexing across a seven-day service to meet demand - because patient needs don’t stick to a 9-to-5!
�? What you'll need to bring:�?? HCPC Registration?? A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy?? Evidence of postgraduate learning relevant to this exciting clinical area
