We are looking for a temporary administrator for a friendly team in Swindon.
Role: 36 hours a week
Monday - Friday
Duration: 3-4 months
Hybrid: Min of 2 in the office
Rate: £12.48/hr
This role is quite repetitive in nature. It carries a lot of data entry.
The successful candidate will be accurate and able to focus on the task at hand.Â
- A high level of numerical accuracy and verbal reasoning
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to agreed procedures
- Explores issues to understand problems to identify the right course of resolution
Temp: key responsibilities, tasks and key skills
- Accurately processing various types of payment documents such as supplier invoices against Purchase orders, Grants, Non-Purchase order payment requests, Â in line with desk instructions
- Carrying out Accounts Payable processing related control checks as required
- Identifying processing related queries then communicating these clearly and accurately to the person or team responsible for their resolution.
- Undertaking administrative tasks such as processing physical incoming post
