We are seeking an experienced administrator to support multiple departments and working closely with the Senior Management Team. Your role will be to provide exceptional administrative support and become an integral part of the business team.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Provide a high-quality experience for office visitors, including travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting room setup, and lunches.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support the Senior Management Team.
- Minute meetings and follow up on actions.
- Process expenses for Directors.
- Conduct adhoc project research and report creation.
- Proof-read documents.
- Manage office supplies, including refreshments.
Quality Administration:
- Assist the Allograft Release Supervisor and Quality team with allograft checking and release processes.
- Address queries regarding allograft release documents.
- Organise and monitor the shared Quality mailbox, distributing emails and following up on action points.
- Undertake adhoc projects within the Quality Department, including scanning, filing, and archiving documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally 3+ years of administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Sage preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality with effective communication skills.
- Team player willing to take responsibility and go the extra mile.
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 40 hours
Pay: Up to £28,000 per yearÂ
