Our client are an well-established and independent engineering company, they service the precision engineering sectors. They are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their growing team!

Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for sub-contract RFQ’s and update the company system
  • Assist the storeman in identifying sub-contract jobs
  • Communicate with suppliers via the system and delivery reports, chasing suppliers to achieve deadlines
  • Book in parts, and send out dispatch reports to suppliers
  • Assist with sub-contract invoice queries
  • Be responsible for traceability of the MRP system
  • Book in Gauges from production, set up production sheets
  • Maintain Vendor appraisals for new and existing suppliers
  • Cover basic purchasing and sales functions as required
  • Double check Processed Orders

The ideal Office Administrator will:

  • General Office Administration experience, with experience in Data Entry Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience of preparing and typing general correspondence, photocopying, scanning and filing of documentation
  • Have experience of using internal databases/ MRP systems

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
