- Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, and dispatch control using Sage or similar software.
- Manage staff, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate production plans to meet deadlines and ensure material availability.
- Provide leadership and ensure compliance with processes.
- Handle staff schedules, training, and performance management.
- Maintain strong communication between production teams and management.
- Experience with Sage or similar software for production planning and inventory control. (Mandatory)
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- 3+ years of Office management experience
