Key Responsibilities

As the Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all things social – from managing multiple social media channels across different regions to creating innovative campaigns that resonate with the growing global audience. Your role will include:  

•    Overseeing social media accounts, including overseas channels in Europe, the UAE, and America.  •    Collaborating with a creative team to craft fresh, engaging content for regularly scheduled posts.  •    Coordinating social media timelines with product launches, ad campaigns, and other brand messaging initiatives.  •    Monitoring and responding to social media interactions, building a positive, engaging online community.  •    Managing influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.  •    Analysing social media data to drive insights, improving campaign performance and audience engagement.  •    Conducting competitor analysis and identifying trends to keep our social presence ahead of the curve

To excel in this role, you’ll need:  

•    A degree in Digital or Social Media Marketing (or similar field).  •    Demonstrated experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of campaign success.  •    An understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, plus experience using scheduling tools.  •    Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns at once.  •    Analytical skills to interpret social data and optimize performance.  •    Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams and with partners.
