Responsive Personnel are recruiting for a number of parcel sorters for a Swindon based client.
Location: Swindon SN5 (on bus route)
Evening Shift:5pm - 9pm
Night Shift:2am - 6am
Payrate:£11.44 - £11.50
Working as a Parcel Sorter, you will be part of a small team ensuring all parcels are correctly sorted by location using hand scanners, Full induction & training will be provided.
Owing to the nature of this work there will be continual lifting involved and therefore you will need a good level of fitness.
Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Sorting mail and parcels into delivery routes
- Quickly sorting parcels as they are presented to you via conveyor belts
- Assisting loading mail and parcels into vehicles for deliveries
- Loading and Unloading of Vehicles
- Scanning goods before allocating to correct routes
- General warehouse duties.
Key Skills:
- Good level of fitness as continually moving and lifting
- Great attention to detail
- High level of hand - eye co-ordination
