2 x Administrators required for busy transport office fixed shifts

Shift A 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday

Shift B 3am to 11.30am Monday to Friday

Duties include general filing, data entry, dealing with drivers, answering phone calls. Customer service dealing with any queries with regard to delivery time slots and rescheduling.

Must have attention to detail and have a great telephone manner and enjoy working within a busy team environment. Ideally you will have previous transport experience.
