Contract Manager required for specialist housing maintenance Company. The role mainly involves supporting the senior contract manager daily with the management of the existing staff, helping to deliver a great service to the customers, and the client. There will be a real mixture of duties to cover including supervising the current team, training new starters, attending difficult jobs, staff reviews, management of stock, client meetings and experience in reporting monthly figures and using in house computer systems to formulate accurate reports would be an advantage.
Current gas qualifications are not required for this role but previous experience as a gas engineer is required along with previous experience of supervising or managing a team of around 10 other gas engineers.
Suitable candidates will telephone interview first and then face to face interview if successful.
