We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long term contract or a permanent basis, for reactive works across multiple Social Housing sites in Swindonand surrounding areas.
The client wants previous experience in Social housing or simular domestic works.

Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, Multi skilled handyman, Plastering and carpentry.
- Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.
- Van, Fuel card and Insurance included.
Requirements:
Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties or social housing background.
Use of PDA'S or simular software to input works done in each property.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Social housing / local authority experience a must
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
If you're an experienced Plumbing multi-trader with handy man experience with a background in plumbing looking for a flexible contract role or on a permanent basis give me a call.
Pay: Weekly pay on longterm contract spanning 12 Months up to 4 years.
Must be on CIS.
Permanent position is an option.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours - 8am -4pm
- Over time paid at 1.5x
Experience:
- Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)
- Experience with using PDA's or other software to update works done in properties
- Experience with Process's
- Plumbing: 5 years (required)
- Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
