Role Overview:Â We are looking for Primary School Teachers to join our team of supply teachers in Swindon. Ideally you will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in education and the ability to engage with a diverse range of students learning styles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Teach following the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Engage learners with both classroom and out of classroom activites.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive environment amongst the students.
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

What you will need to be a part of the Class People team:
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- A valid right to work in the UK
- Strong classroom leadership and management skills
- Previous experience in a similar education setting preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
