Product Manager required for a well-respected and established service provider based in Wiltshire. Offering a permanent full-time office-based role, we are seeking an exceptional candidate who can evidence a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained leading key product delivery objectives. Offering an annual salary up to £70,000 plus a range of highly attractive employee benefits, the position of Product Manager will have full responsibility for leading a product development team, whilst creating new and innovate solutions for the wider business.
The need to identify new market opportunities and define product positioning is key to obtaining and retaining advantage over competitors. Therefore, you need to “showcase” your persuasive, negotiable and collaborative communication skills when looking to create value and deliver new product propositions. Working in the travel industry, this position seeks a candidate with the same or similar industry experience. You may have worked within the hospitality and/or corporate events sectors, using your obvious transferable skills whilst managing the product development life cycle from concept to launch. Continuously looking at increasing profit margins with a keen eye on delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences.
As Product Manager you will work in collaboration with additional key stakeholders and departments, creating roadmaps that outline key milestones, reporting on product performance through close analysis of statistics, customer experience feedback and spend. Consistently looking to challenge the current product models, offering product enhancements that will deliver profit for the wider business, whilst profiling and promoting the brand name.
The role requires ongoing communication with suppliers of services to the wider business, able to negotiate favourable terms, whilst securing commitment for product roll out and delivery.
