Compliance Project Manager -FTC

Your new companyA successful manufacturing company based in the Swindon area offers a Fixed Term Contract position initially for 6 months, possibly extending beyond this to an experienced Compliance Project Manager.Your new roleWorking closely with the business, you will assess the requirements of the various regulations and standards against current policies and procedures to produce a gap analysis and recommendations/roadmap to close the gap, enabling improved and new compliance processes to be implemented.Standards /Regulations include: GPSR, (General Product Safety Regulation), CE mark, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), GDPR, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001.What you'll need to succeedYou will have broad ranging Compliance and Project Management skills and experience, and excellent transferable skills to apply to standards or regulations you may not have worked with before.You should have the ability to review current procedures and research the requirements of applicable standards or regulations to advise on the best route forwards in each compliance area.You will ideally have experience all or some of the following standards/regulations: GPSR General Product Safety Regulation, CE mark, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), GDPR, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001.You will be methodical and have strong initiative and the ability to interpret standards in line with business' needs.What you'll get in return6 month Fixed Term Contract - likely to extend for a longer period.Salary 50-60000 plus company benefits (all pro rata)Hybrid working - to be discussed, depending on location- But there is a requirement to be in the office and factory sites in the Swindon area, so applicants should be based within a reasonable commute!What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
