Warehouse Team Leader

Evoke Staffing are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience with warehouse management systems.

Hours:Monday - Friday 11:30 - 20:00

Salary:27,300

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Facilitate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling techniques are employed.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Train new staff on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory movements and optimise storage solutions.
• Assist with heavy lifting and materials handling as required.
• Cover in the warehouse where required.

Skills

• Previous Warehouse Team Leader or Senior Warehousing experience essential.
• Knowledge of warehousing systems.
• Willingness to be trained on various MHE vehicles.
