Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician (Temporary)

Start Date: 6 January 2025
End Date: 6 months after start date- Possible extension
Pay Rate: 15.28 per hour
Working Hours/Shifts: 4 shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
Paid Weekly Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Location: Swindon
Job Description
Main Objective:
To perform activities within the Quality Assurance group to ensure and demonstrate the quality of manufactured products, in line with company principles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute QA Technician duties as directed by the Line Manager.
- Ensure compliance with current GMP regulations relevant to the role.
- Accurately follow written instructions.
- Conduct QA equipment checks according to relevant SOPs to maintain equipment cleanliness.
- Complete all required logbooks and documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
- Respond promptly to equipment check requests, prioritising business needs.
- Communicate task results, informing relevant parties of any issues or failures.
- Raise SOSs and adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Perform any additional tasks as required by line management.
Essential Requirements:
- Background in quality assurance
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
