Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Quantity Surveyorto join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for completing valuations and applications for payment across various construction projects. This role offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete valuations and applications for payment

Provide accurate cost analysis and financial advice on projects

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities

Perform risk and value management, and cost control

Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements

Collaborate with senior quantity surveyorto ensure project success and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

Proven experience in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of valuation and payment processes
