The role offers a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, along with a car or car allowance and additional benefits.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of property projects, including new builds and elaborate extensions.
Candidates should have JCT Contract experience, ideally with site experience, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
