We are working with a well-established Social Housing Contractor who specialise within decarbonisation/retrofit of Social Housing properties. The company are passionate about reducing fuel poverty by making homes warmer and more energy efficient.
The company are well established, having been specialist retrofit Contractors for several decades. They have an exciting growth plan in place and have seen their turnover increase steadily over the past several years. The company also have a healthy order book of work throughout the region.

In order to sustain their recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Southern team. Experience of working within Social Housing refurbishment is ideal, along with some experience of working on decarbonisation contracts.
Reporting into a Commercial Manager, you will be covering refurbishment schemes throughout the area with some travel to sites required which are in Reading & Swindon, and some in the Worcester area.
The company will pay a salary of up to £55k plus car, or allowance, travel expenses and yearly bonus.
