Known for its prompt and flawless delivery of joinery, fit-out, and MEP projects for airports, schools, and shops. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, they possess the necessary expertise to ensure successful on-time project completion. The company is currently going through a significant period of growth in their MEP division, they are now looking for an established QS to head up the plumbing projects.The ideal candidate will have good experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with plumbing experience, but other construction backgrounds will be considered providing there is a genuine interest in getting MEP projects.This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company that has a close-knit culture and offers a great career opportunity for those who want to continue developing and progressing.The Role:
- Work on a variety of MEP Fit Out projects, managing full packages from start to finish
- Collaborate effectively with the team, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Further training and progression supported
- Based at the Swindon office, with occasional site travel and working flexibility
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor, ideally with plumbing experience
- Can do attitude & team player
- Full Driving license
