Are you a Quantity Surveyor with some MEP experience? Are you seeking the chance to develop your skills and progress your career within an ambitious and dynamic environment?

This independent contractor operates across the South of England. Known for its prompt and flawless delivery of joinery, fit-out, and MEP projects for airports, schools, and shops. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, they possess the necessary expertise to ensure successful on-time project completion. The company is currently going through a significant period of growth in their MEP division, they are now looking for an established QS to head up the plumbing projects.

The ideal candidate will have good experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with plumbing experience, but other construction backgrounds will be considered providing there is a genuine interest in getting MEP projects.

The Role:

  • Work on a variety of MEP Fit Out projects, managing full packages from start to finish
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, contractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Further training and progression supported
  • Based at the Swindon office, with occasional site travel and working flexibility



The Person:

  • Quantity Surveyor, ideally with plumbing experience
  • Can do attitude & team player
  • Full Driving license
