What You'll Be Doing:

Lead on cost and value reporting, keeping projects on track financially.
Manage cash flow forecasting and keep commercial plans updated.
Take the lead on subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
Foster strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
Support and mentor junior surveyors, helping them develop their skills.
Collaborate with project teams to meet targets and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
Strong experience in civil engineering, with knowledge of NEC contracts.
Proven track record in commercial management and subcontractor procurement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to guide and support your team.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
