Our client, a well-established Estate Agency, is seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager for their Swindon location.
The position offers a salary range of £20,000 to £32,000 with an OTE of £50,000, along with a company car or car allowance.
Candidates must have significant experience in lettings, strong team motivation skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
The role involves managing the lettings team, setting KPIs, conducting team meetings, and driving business growth.
A full UK driver's license and great local knowledge are also required for this position.

Working hours of a Lettings Branch Manager:

Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays

Highly experienced in Lettings
Able to motivate a team
Highly organized and able to manage workload
Driven and hungry for success
Full UK driver’s license
Great local knowledge of the area

Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing the Lettings Team
Setting KPI’s for the team
Undertaking team meetings
Help grow the business
Liaising between Landlords and buyers
Carrying out 1-1s with the team
Going out and winning new business
