Working hours of a Lettings Branch Manager: 

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Alternate Saturdays 

Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Branch Manager: 

  • £20,000 – £32,000 basic 
  • £50,000 OTE 
  • Company car or Car Allowance 
  • Career progression

Lettings Branch Manager requirements: 

  • Highly experienced in Lettings 
  • Able to motivate a team 
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload 
  • Driven and hungry for success 
  • Full UK driver’s license 
  • Great local knowledge of the area

Key tasks of a Lettings Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Managing the Lettings Team 
  • Setting KPI’s for the team 
  • Undertaking team meetings 
  • Help grow the business 
  • Liaising between Landlords and buyers 
  • Carrying out 1-1s with the team 
  • Going out and winning new business
