Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / LISTER– Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister : This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing a career in the Lettings Industry with a smart, vibrant and well-known brand with several local offices in the Swindon area.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
An ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential, but you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency covering Wiltshire that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Senior Letting Negotiator / Lister role will include:
- Previous experience in a Senior Lettings role
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Swindon area is preferred
