Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits
- Up to £25,000 basic salary plus commission
- OTE from £27,000 - £35,000 (uncapped and DOE)

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and handle enquiries
- Book viewings
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
- Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
- Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
- Carry out valuations (DOE) and spot opportunities for new business
- Cross sell with other departments and third parties
- Support with sales progression when required
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous estate agency experience is advantageous, however, role is open to those looking to enter industry with an excellent customer service background
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Valuation experience is highly desirable
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- Full and clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Computer literate with a good working understanding of social media
