Salary: OTE: £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister : This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing a career in the residential sales with a smart, vibrant and well-known brand with several local offices in the Swindon area.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in residential estate agency, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency covering Wiltshire that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:
- Previous experience in a Senior Sales role
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Swindon area is preferred
