Property Manager Company Overview: Clearview Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, an established independent agency based in Swindon, to find them a Property Manager to join their experienced team.

Property Manager Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of properties, ensuring constant exceptional levels of customers service and organisational skills. The role offers a competitive salary, as well as a list of company benefits and perks

Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
  • Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Property Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations
  • Experience in lettings management or property management
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
