Were partnering with an exceptional managing agent that empowers their team with autonomy, ownership, and the creative freedom to solve problems. They are now on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio based from Swindon to Devon. You will have responsibility for managing 20 properties, c1000 units altogether.

This role is fully home-based with an office visit once a month.

Day-to-day duties will include:
  • Liaising with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues as required
  • Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming the work has been completed to the expected standard
  • Submitting and dealing with insurance claims in accordance with correct procedure
  • Involvement in the preparation and management of Service Charge budgets
  • Be prepared to undertake and oversee various projects from start to finish including management of the Section 20 consultation process
  • Conducting site inspections, actioning anything as necessary
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety / Fire Safety / Building Safety obligations are met
  • Arranging and chairing meetings, preparing required paperwork and booking venues if required
