Responsive Personnel are seeking a confident Property Manager to join a hugely successful Lettings team.

Managing a portfolio of properties in and around the Swindon area on behalf of our Landlords, this full time position is available immediately.

Some flexibility is offered to work some time office based in Devizes, and some time working remotely, if preferred.

The remit of the job requires the minimum following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and team members
  • Overseeing the maintenance of any property matters, gaining necessary quotes and appointing contractors to carry out works
  • Conducting timely Routine Visits to all properties under management
  • Performing end of tenancy Check Outs and negotiating dilapidations
  • Sound administration skills required for e-mailing, reporting and invoicing
  • Independence to work alone in the field, as well as part of a friendly lettings team
  • Multi tasking skills absolutely essential in this very busy and diverse role

Full time hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday in six 9.00am to 1.00pm

Salary package dependent on experience.

An experienced lettings specialist would be preferred, however, full training can be given.
