Receptionist

  • Job Type: Part-time (32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) - 30 mins unpaid lunch. 3pm finish available for school arrangements if needed.Join our team as a part-time Receptionist and be the first point of contact in our dynamic office environment. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Welcome all visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, aiming to answer within three rings and efficiently directing enquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the whereabouts of all staff to assist callers and visitors.
  • Handle the preparation and dispatch of outgoing mail, and receive incoming mail and parcels.
  • Manage stationery supplies and other office consumables, including placing orders and monitoring stock levels.
  • Support various office tasks such as photocopying and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.
  • Manage petty cash and postage funds.
  • Arrange refreshments for staff and visitors as required.
