We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to to cover the reception desk of the Swindon hub, support Facilities Management, and provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all.

This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and ensuring efficient operational flow within our office.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Greet visitors, manage security passes, and oversee the reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
  • Maintain kitchen supplies, stationery, and report any facility issues.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards, including keeping up to date with regulations, maintaining logs, DSE checks, and providing employee support within the hub.
  • Coordinate refreshments and lunches for visitors and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining monthly reports, coordinating team meetings, and tracking expenses.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and newsletters.
  • Manage the calendar of the Vice President Strategic Growth, issue reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work independently on special projects, creating project plans and timelines.
  • Arrange business travel and assist with travel and expense reports.
  • Maintain business continuity records and team distribution lists.
