Location: Swindon, Bristol, Oxford, Gloucester

Office location: Swindon (Hybrid working)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Pro rata

Hours: Part time (Flexible on hours)

Role:

We are recruiting an experienced recruitment resourcer to work across our key accounts. You will be required to source candidates, Head hunt for specialist roles, build relationships with existing accounts, identify future clients and support with full recruitment delivery.

Requirements of a Lead Resourcer:

  • Be comfortable sourcing candidates across multiple sectors
  • Be able to think outside the box, bringing new solutions to our clients
  • Be able to qualify / screen experienced candidates
  • Be able to support multiple roles at various levels
  • Be comfortable providing updates to senior stakeholders
  • Support the wider team with full recruitment delivery
  • Carry out administrative tasks including advertising roles, supporting with social media and marketing campaigns
  • Be comfortable managing / mentoring junior team members

Additional requirements for role:

  • Be flexible with working hours in-line with clients needs
  • Full UK driving license - with transport
  • Must be a UK resident
  • Previous Recruitment, Resourcing or HR experience is essential
