Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

What is the role?

Reed in Swindon are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.

You will be taking on a very warm recruitment 'desk' focusing on permanent placements within the business support (commercial) sector. This role has come about due to internal relocation, so you will be able to pick up some excellent client and candidate relationships and work alongside our temporaries team to share leads. There will be plenty of scope to further develop and grow this desk to be able to put your own mark on things. You will be joining a high performing team of long-term recruiters within Reed.
