New Recruits are an independently owned recruitment agency who have been providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

We are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to assist with this expansion of our Swindonbranch.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the recruitment sector or sales.

Key responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to a suitable role.
The management of new and existing clients and their day-to-day manning requirements.
Maintaining and building excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
Working as part of a team supporting the growth of the team.
Using an inhouse system.
Other duties.

Shift times

Monday to Friday

08:00am - 17:00pm
