This role will be working for 911 Staffing on our busy Driving Division. This is a warm desk with an established client base so we are looking for someone who can add value / bring experience and knowledge.

This opening has become available due to one of our valued team members taking retirement.

What 911 Staffing has to offer:

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm (we aim to leave a little earlier on a Friday to maximise on the weekend!).
The salary is up to £30K, depending on experience + performance related bonus
28 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays), plus a day off for your Birthday
Additional payment for being on call (this will only be 1 weekend in 4)

Duties & responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant will include:

Assist with filling bookings on a daily / weekly basis
Account management of existing clients
Screening / registering prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
Entering job applicants CVs and contact details into the company database
Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client
Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Sales calls and business development
Meeting with existing and new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK and ensuring all other compliance is up to date

Experience / Attributes required for the Recruitment Consultant role:

Previous experience within the recruitment or transport industry is essential
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
Competent IT skills
Flexibility to support the needs of the business
Be prepared to be on call on a rota basis (1 in 4 weekends)
A good sense of humour will definitely help!
Due to visiting clients we need the candidate to be able to drive / have own transport
