Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday and permanent

What is the role?

Reed in Swindon are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.

You will be taking on a very warm accountancy desk with an existing database of temporary candidates and lots of signed clients on the perms side, but plenty of scope to further develop and grow this and be able to put your own mark on things. You will be joining a high performing team of long-term recruiters within Reed.
