Who Are You?

We are on the lookout for several Trainee Recruiters to join us in our Swindon office. For these positions, we do not require any previous recruitment experience.

Experience in a B2B sales environment would be beneficial, but we mainly want people who have an excellent attitude, a desire to progress their careers & earn good money, know how to work individually and also as part of a team and who are relentless in their pursuit of success.

Excellent communication skills & a confident personality are integral to this role.

-RESEARCH (initiative, relentless, common sense)

-CO-ORDINATING (planning, organization, attention to detail)
