Interim Gas Servicing & Compliance Manager

Elevate Projects are seeking an experienced Residential Gas Servicing & Compliance Manager to oversee the safety, compliance, and maintenance of gas services within our clients residential housing portfolio. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality housing services, ensuring tenant safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee gas safety compliance across the housing stock.
• Ensure all gas appliances, heating systems, and installations meet current regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate and monitor gas servicing, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Supervise contractors and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.
• Provide expert advice on gas-related issues and compliance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Gas Safe Registered (or ability to manage registered engineers).
• Extensive experience in gas compliance, servicing, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of landlord gas safety legislation and housing regulations.
• Proven track record in contract or project management within a housing or local authority setting.
• Ability to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
