Our client, a leader in the software solutions industry, is on the hunt for a passionate and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join their successful team!

The Sales Account Manager will spearhead new business initiatives and expertly manage existing accounts, playing a key role in expanding our clients footprint in the software sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Manage customer issues and maintain high satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years in Technology sales desirable, not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
