Location:
Swindon. This site is a large manufacturing centre for our client with the facility being over 253,000 square feet in size. It houses the fast dissolving tablet development and manufacturing operations as well as a C MC pharmaceutical analytical lab services unit that offers ASAP stability.
Accounts Assistant Role:
- Process invoices resulting in the end payment to suppliers and other business partners, review supplier invoices, complete appropriate check s for business approval and/or PO match and enter the invoice details into the ERP system.
- Ensure timely and compliant processing of supplier invoices and achievement of AP service centre KPIs to include matching, correcting indexing, and coding invoices.
- Participate in AP workflow tasks and monitor assigned site's invoicing/payment processing.
- Manage payment controls and ensure all supplier payments are accurate and comply with various company policies.
Your Background:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous Accounts Payable experience.
