Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will be:
- Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment
- Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with Students and other members of staff
- Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
- Establish rapport quickly with students
- Be flexible to cover various subjects across KS3 and KS4
Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting or experience with young people
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion and commitment to support students in their learning
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere
- A degree in any subject
