Job Advertisement: Science Teacher (Full-Time/4 Days Option)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school, catering to students aged 11-16. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage young learners in their language studies, helping them develop both linguistic and cultural fluency.
Position Details:
- Location: Swindon
- Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) with an option for 4 days per week
- Start Date: Depending on Availablity
- Salary: Daily rate or MPS - UPS
- Closing Date for Applications: 07/10/2024

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic Science lessons to students aged 11-18, following the national curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring progress and success
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, events, and collaboration with staff
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
- Experience teaching Science at secondary school level is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students
- A commitment to promoting a passion for languages and intercultural understanding
- Live in Swindon or Able to commute to the area Daily
