Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to maintain the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher as a Supply Teacher
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students
- Offer support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally across multiple key stages
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents
