Supply Teacher opportunity - Secondary School (all subjects) - Swindon
Are you a qualified teacher looking for a more flexible way of working within Secondary Schools in Swindon? We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Secondary Supply Teachers for numerous outstanding schools in and around the Swindon area, starting immediately.
Supply Teacher main responsibilities will include -
- Implementing pre-planned lessons to ensure the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Tailoring teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs, learning styles, and abilities of students
- Providing guidance, assistance, and support to students in their academic and personal development
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a smooth transition for students and effective communication
- Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to work across different grade levels and subject areas
- Promoting positive classroom behaviour while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Supply Teacher Requirements-
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally with experience across multiple key stages
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
