- Honours Degree in adesign related degreeby summer 2025 (2:2 or better)
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or better)
- 3 A Levels (Grade B,C,C), with at least a B in Design
- Experience supporting others with learning or a strong passion to share your subject knowledge
- UK Citizenship (must have indefinite right to work in the UK)

What Does Teacher Training Involve?
- Induction & Summer School: A well-planned induction and summer school to prepare you for the start of your teaching career.

- Subject Knowledge & Pedagogy: Training in pedagogy, behaviour management, lesson planning, and assessment strategies.

Financial Details
- Bursary: £26,000 -Tax free (this is only awarded to UK Citizens and is required for admission to the course).
- Salary as an Early Career Teacher: Starting from £31,650 once qualified.
