My client, a rapidly growing school with a focus on inquiry-based learning, is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver exciting learning activities for groups and whole classes, supporting children to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create intervention programmes focused on social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Provide targeted support for children with SEND, EAL, or other specific learning needs.
  • Supervise students during activities, ensuring engagement, safety, and positive behaviour.
  • Coach and support other teaching assistants, sharing best practices and helping them grow.
