Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
- Support small groups or individual students requiring additional assistance.
- Monitor students' progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and carers to discuss development.
- Independently teach classes in the absence of teachers due to illness or leave.
- Set up classrooms for lessons and prepare materials.
- Plan and deliver learning and enrichment activities, either independently or with guidance from the teacher.
