Key Responsibilities:* Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons* Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success* Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment* Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academically
Requirements:* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students* Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students* A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth* Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not required
