You will work closely with colleagues to ensure all jobs and variety of projects despatch on time and meet SLA’s. You will be working to ensure 100% accuracy is always maintained.
The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize the workload to achieve maximum output would be critical.

About the Job:
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
- Altering or repairing customers garments, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams.
- Constructing garments and other articles and recording the alternations required.
- To report any accidents, equipment malfunction, maintenance faults, immediately to Manager.
- To understand and follow all the objectives, standards, policies and procedures outlined by your Manager.
About You
- Previous experience as a seamstress or tailoring
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a calm, positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials, including delicate and high-end textiles.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
